At Clive’s Timber Creations, every piece is made by hand with patience, pride, and a love for woodworking. What started as a personal project has grown into a workshop where traditional skills meet creativity, producing one-of-a-kind items that bring warmth and character to any space.
From dining tables and coffee tables to wine racks, and unique resin designs, each piece is thoughtfully made using quality timber and finished to stand the test of time. Every creation is a reflection of genuine craftsmanship — built not just to be used, but to be enjoyed.
The Story Behind the Creations
My love for woodworking began years ago when my Grandad passed down his old tools to me. From that moment, I found a real passion for working with wood — creating something beautiful and lasting from a simple piece of timber.
The first real project that sparked Clive’s Timber Creations came when my wife and I built an extension on our home and needed a new dining table. After searching high and low and finding nothing quite right, I decided to make one myself using oak planks from my wife’s family farm. That 2.4m oak and glass table became the start of something special.
Friends and family were soon asking where it came from, and before long I began exhibiting my work at local craft fairs. Over time, I experimented with new designs and materials — including resin — which opened up a whole new world of creativity.
What began as a hobby has grown into a small, hands-on cottage industry. built on care, patience, and pride in every piece. Today, I continue to create bespoke tables, smaller wooden homeware, and resin designs that each tell their own story — made to be enjoyed for years to come.
